Designs for Protective Stadium were presented to the Birmingham-Jefferson Convention Complex (BJCC) board of directors at this afternoon’s regularly scheduled BJCC board meeting.

This morning the Birmingham-Jefferson Convention Complex (BJCC) received approval from the Birmingham Design Review Committee (DRC) on the external materials for the new Protective Stadium.

Birmingham, Ala. – Today marked a significant step forward for a project that will transform the Birmingham-Jefferson Convention Complex and add an open-air stadium to its mix of venues for sporting and other events.

BIRMINGHAM – The Birmingham Jefferson Civic Center Authority Board of Directors got its first look Wednesday at an updated master plan that identifies three focus areas of additions and improvements for the BJCC campus.
